Job summary: Under the direction of the Outer Banks Family YMCA Membership Director, the Amenity / Membership Associate will provide seamless customer service through branch procedures. The associate will work two nights a week and at least three weekend shifts a month at the Welcome Center.

Job Segments
�Display a positive attitude reflective of the YMCA�s values at all times
�Assist Membership Director in the execution of the functions of the Member Services office.
�Audit and file all Y-Amenity contracts
�Understand monthly sales objectives and ratios and assist in closing sales
�Participate in member communication and processing regarding billing, cancellations, etc.
�Promote Y-Amenities program within the community
�Process and issue new and lost Y-Amenities keytags
�Deliver Y-Amenities keytags to realtors, hotels
�Communicate with realtors on a day-to-day basis regarding Y-Home program
�Assist Member Service front desk staff during busy periods
�Give complete and informational tours of the facility
�Attend and participate in all association, branch and department staff meetings required


Part time , 20 plus hours a week – Summer hours will increase
$9.00 per hour
