The FitQuest Coach will provide supervision and instruction to members utilizing the FitQuest program and its facilities. The Coach is responsible for assisting the branch in membership development and retention through quality leadership and continuous follow-up. A Bachelors degree in fitness related field is preferred. Although college courses related to anatomy and physiology or related experience is acceptable a high school diploma is required. Must have knowledge of weight room equipment, cardiovascular equipment, and general strength training principles.
