The YMCA is firmly committed to the health and safety of our members, the public, and our employees, the quality of programs and services we provide, and the efficient operation of our organization.  The YMCA considers the influence of drugs and alcohol in the workplace to be detrimental to our employees and to our continued growth and future success.  Therefore, we randomly drug/alcohol test our employees to deter the influence of these substances in the workplace.
