  • FitQuest: This 12-week personalized fitness program, included in YMCA membership, is designed to meet your specific fitness needs. Our trained FitQuest Coaches will teach, guide, motivate and give you the personal attention you need to successfully reach your goals. Sign up for FitQuest at the Member Services desk.
  • Personal Training: Personal Trainers can make the difference in your fitness program. They educate you about proper form and technique to make your workout safe and effective. Your trainer will design an individualized program to meet your specific needs and work with you during each workout. YMCA trainers are knowledgeable about exercise science and work with people of all ages and fitness levels to help them accomplish their short and long term fitness goals.
    Cost: One session $35
    Three Sessions $90
    Five Sessions $140
    Twelve Sessions $300

    Want to share a trainer with a friend? Cost: $20 per person, per session.
  • Women on Weights: Strength training for women in a small group setting (6 or less) with a personal Trainer. Each session is 1.5 hours. Beginner to advanced levels.
    Cost: $75 members
  • Y-Change: A new 6-week program designed to help you meet your personal fitness goals. We'll help you embrace a lifestyle of good habits, regular exercise and the joyfulness of fellowship offered by our programs.
  • Group Exercise
  • Yoga: A total mind-body-spirit discipline that incorporates strength, challenge, flexibility, focus, breath work and stress management. Classes will focus on the major muscle groups.
  • Pilates: Pilates is a series of exercises that strengthen and lengthen the entire body, with a focus on core strength (abs/back/gluteus). Learn postural alignment and body awareness. Yoga mats are suggested.
  • Running Club
  • Older Adult Fitness programs, including GoldQuest and MedQuest
  • Youth Fitness programs, including KidQuest and TeenQuest
  • Interactive Zone: The YMCA takes working out to the next level. Step into a virtual world of fitness in the Interactive Zone. Youth can play video games with friends while being engaged in physical activity on NEW Expresso bikes. Families can race one another, pedaling side by side, while following a visual of their course. Or, check out the NEW Xerdance, which provides the perfect platform for individuals or groups to perform dance steps in unison with the onscreen instruction. At the YMCA, getting fit has never been so fun!

  Boot Camp is a class designed for those looking for a medium to high intensity workout. You'll feel like you're in boot camp with the calisthenics, push-ups, running, etc. This class is for both women and men. Are you up for the challenge?
Cardio Sculpt

  Cardio Sculpt is a total body conditioning and toning class that focuses on all major muscle groups, while incorporating aerobic exercises. This class uses hand held weights, resistance tubing, and resistance balls. In addition to toning, you get a great cardiovascular workout.

  Fabulous Abs is a building intense workout for your abdominal muscles. Focus will be on all aspects of abs using a variety of methods.
Family Powercut

  (Starts at age 8) This powerful workout provides total body conditioning in just 60 minutes. Your workout begins with a rhythmic, non-weighted warm-up. You will then work every major group (and then some!) with safe, effective, weighted exercise. This class accommodates varying skills and fitness levels and will make you sweat off the calories while you build endurance and strength.
Get Fit For Seniors

  Get Fit for Seniors is a weight bearing class designed specifically for seniors to start getting fit or to maintain a fit lifestyle. Light aerobic moves in addition to some strength training and flexibility will be combined to create a well-rounded low-impact workout.
