Camp Silver Beach staff enjoy the wonderful amenities of our facility including air conditioned cottages, Internet cafe, high-end camp wages, fitness center and magnificent scenery. But what means the most to those who work for our summer camp are the lasting impressions left on the campers they mentor and the long-lasting friendships made with other counselors from around the globe.

Through the challenges and growth we all experience at camp, we give and receive memories that will last a lifetime. Being a staff member at Camp Silver Beach is not about money or material things. It's about making a difference in that one camper's life at that very moment.

Summer Camp Counselors
Counselors live with campmers providing them leadership, fun and an opportunity to learn and grow. Counselors have a dual role while they are employed at CSB: providing leadership and team building in the cottage setting as well as instructiosn and encouragement in their activity area.

Administrative Staff
We are also looking for qualified administrative personnel to be a part of our leadership team. These individuals provide guidance and support to the cottage counselors and activity staff.
