Community Services provides scholarships and transportation for youth to attend Camp Silver Beach in the summer.

The YMCA is committed to providing programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. If you and your family need financial assistance in paying fees for YMCA programs or membership, just ask!

   With the help of local funders such as the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, United Way and donations made through the We Build People Campaign, YMCA Community Services provides scholarships and transportation for youth to attend YMCA Camp Silver Beach each summer.

This summer more than 60 youth ages 8-16 will be able to experience the thrills of the Chesapeake Bay’s premier outdoor adventure camp and make friends that last a lifetime.
