Positive Action: Say No to Tobacco!
The Virginia Tobacco Settlement Foundation (VTSF) funds many area nonprofit organizations for the purpose of conducting educational programs for youth of all ages about tobacco use prevention. The YMCA implements the Positive Action curriculum which teaches youth an array of positive messages to assist them in making healthy life choices. Programs offered at many area YMCA child care sites. Ask your child’s site director when your child will learn Positive Action.

The YMCA is committed to providing programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. If you and your family need financial assistance in paying fees for YMCA programs or membership, just ask!
