  • FitQuest: a 12-week personalized fitness program, included in YMCA membership, is designed to meet your specific fitness needs. Our trained FitQuest Coaches will teach, guide, motivate and give you the personal attention you need to successfully reach your goals. Sign up for FitQuest at the Member Services desk.
  • Personal Training: Personal Trainers can make the difference in your fitness program. They educate you about proper form and technique to make your workout safe and effective. Your trainer will design an individualized program to meet your specific needs and work with you during each workout. YMCA trainers are knowledgeable about exercise science and work with people of all ages and fitness levels to help them accomplish their short and long term fitness goals.

    One-on-One Pricing:
    Cost is $40 per session or $120 for three sessions. Or sign up for five sessions for $200 or 12 for $300. (Initial 1-hour consultation is provided at no charge.)

    Group Package Pricing:
    Two to One: $45 per hour

  An aerobic workout using the STEP to increase endurance, strength and burn calories. Class may include some muscle conditioning using light weights and resistance tubing.
Low Impact

  Low impact aerobics that will keep you in your target heart rate zone and improve cardiovascular endurance. Class may include muscle conditioning.
Multi-Level Abs

  Focuses on exercises that strengthen and tone the mid-section (core) of the body which includes the abdominals and lower back muscles. Geared to accomodate the beginner to advanced exerciser.

The instructor will take you on a journey with a variety of sitting to standing positions, resistance levels and visualization. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up your bike.

  Mastery of 16 "core" control movements that are essential for effective performance in higher level Pilates classes. Plus and introduction to, and breakdown of basic mat exercises designed to improve core strength, flexibility, posture, and effective breathing.
Starter Pilates

  This class is geared toward the beginner exerciser with a focus on strengthening and lengthening core muscles. Breathing control and flexibility exercises are used to improve posture, body alignment and overall strength.
