  • Y-Change I and Y-Change II begin
    The six-weeks Y-change program is designed to help you meet your personal fitness goals. We’ll help you embrace a lifestyle of goods habits, regular exercise and the fellowship of teammates. The Y-change programs will both educate and motivate you. You will learn how to recognize and shed bad habits and embrace new good habits. You will also learn how to set realistic goals and formulate a plan and achieve them. Your Y-change Coach will be there to guide you, keep you motivated and help track your progress. You deserve a new you! Y-Change and Y- Change II is open to members only, ages 18 and older. Youth ages 13-17 may attend with a parent. Participants must be able to attend sessions during specifically registered group times.

  • Parents' Night Out
    The Parents’ Night Out program is a free, fun-filled evening of supervision and structured activities for members ages 6 weeks to 10 years of age. The fun is from 5:30 - 9 pm. Prior to leaving your child you will be asked to complete a sign-out form, waiver, and provide a phone number to reach you. All children 5-10 years of age are encouraged to bring swimming attire.
    Please feed your children dinner before they attend and pre-registration is required.
