Teens

The Great Bridge/Hickory Family YMCA recognizes the importance of creating a positive, safe environment for teens in the community. Each teen program or activity is focused on developing the spirit, mind and body; stimulating creativity; offering challenges; building developmental assets; and of course, fun! Teen opportunities include:

  • TeenQuest: Part of the FitQuest program, TeenQuest is designed specifically with teen fitness needs in mind. Our trained FitQuest Coaches will teach, guide, motivate you and give you the personal attention needed to successfully reach your fitness goals. Sign up for FitQuest at the Member Services desk.
