FitQuest
We want you to be successful in reaching your goals; that’s why we’ve designed the FitQuest program to provide you with the most comprehensive healthy living program. FitQuest, FitQuest kioskpowered by ActivTrax, is based on your goals and abilities. Work with a FitQuest coach as often as you need, and receive a customized workout with a variety of exercises each visit. Through our online tool, you can view your workouts, log activity and manage nutrition at your convenience.

FitQuest is included in membership and is available to all members age 8 and older.

Y-Change
Take a six-week journey toward a healthy lifestyle. In Y-Change, you'll meet with a small group led by a Y-Change coach for support and education, as well as to work out together. Y-Change is included with membership and will give you the confidence and knowledge you need to positively change your lifestyle.
