This class is taught using Arthritis Foundations guidelines. The water's natural buoyancy and continuous resistance improves joint flexibility and muscle strength. This class is low impact and is held in the shallow end of the pool.

Personal Training allows you to work one on one with a certified Personal Trainer on strength training, cardiovascular training, sports specific trainings, Pilates, and more. Training sessions last about an hour and provide time for questions and answers. Sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the member and trainer. Individual and group sessions are available. Contact the Greenbrier Family YMCA for pricing and trainers. Must be a YMCA member to participate. Registration required. |

This format combines range of motion excercies and strength training. Seated and standing excercises will be demonstrated. Focus on excercises that assist with your daily living activities. Participants work at their own level of ability and may elect not to use weights. Meet your friends here after water aerobics or just join in for a great workout. |
