  • FitQuest: This 12-week personalized fitness program, included in YMCA membership, is designed to meet your specific fitness needs. Our trained FitQuest Coaches will teach, guide, motivate and give you the personal attention you need to successfully reach your goals. Sign up for FitQuest at the Member Services desk.
  • Y-Change: A new 6-week program designed to help you meet your personal fitness goals. We'll help you embrace a lifestyle of good habits, regular exercise and the joyfulness of fellowship offered by our programs.
  • Personal Training: Personal Trainers can make the difference in your fitness program. They educate you about proper form and technique to make your workout safe and effective. Your trainer will design an individualized program to meet your specific needs and work with you during each workout. YMCA trainers are knowledgeable about exercise science and work with people of all ages and fitness levels to help them accomplish their short and long term fitness goals.

  • Interactive Zone: The YMCA takes working out to the next level. Step into a virtual world of fitness in the Interactive Zone. Youth can play video games with friends while being engaged in physical activity on NEW Expresso bikes. Families can race one another, pedaling side by side, while following a visual of their course. Or, check out the NEW Xerdance, which provides the perfect platform for individuals or groups to perform dance steps in unison with the onscreen instruction. At the YMCA, getting fit has never been so fun!

  A 30-minute class that focuses on strengthening and toning the mid-section (core) of the body, which includes the abdominal and lower back muscles.

  A 20-minute class that focuses on strengthening and toning the mid-section (core) of the body, which includes the abdominal and lower back muscles.

  Utilizing varied equipment and body weight to provide a total body strength workout, with a focus on abdominal work. No aerobics - all muscle.

  An aerobic class that utilizes a step platform throughout the workout.
Group Exercise - Strength & Tone - Monday

  Utilizing varied equipment and body weight to provide a total body strength workout, with a focus on abdominal work. NO aerobics - ALL muscle. This 30-minute express is targeted for the members that are on a "time crunch" and "on the go".

  Stretch improves flexibility and muscle tone with a concentration on body awareness, breathing techniques and increased range of motion.
Group Exercise - Y Pilates (Multi Level)

  Y-Pilates strengthens and lengthens core muscles. Breathing control and flexibility exercise are used to improve posture, body alignment and overall strength.
Group Exercise - Yoga (Starter) - Thursday

Time: 5:45 pm - 6:15 pm
  Yoga concentrates on improving balance, flexibility, relaxation and breathing techniques. This is a great way to learn how to manage and relieve stress.
Interactive Zone - (PM)

  Interactive fitness equipment sure to offer members an exhilarating full-body workout while playing video games! The equipment offers something for everyone, from simulated interactive training for athletes, to keeping youth and teens active and excited about fitness, to mental and physical coordination exercises for older adults and rehabilitation patients.

  A trainer will work with you on a continual basis and provide individual or group consultations. Training may include cardiovascular workouts, weight training and nutritional information needed to achieve your personal goals.

Must be a YMCA member; sessions are 1-hour long.
