With lap lanes, open swim times, water exercise classes, swim lessons, swim teams, water slides and playgrounds, the YMCA is well equipped to provide an enjoyable outlet of aquatic fun and fitness for the entire family. Our highly trained aquatic associates are nationally certified, holding certifications in CPR, AED, O2 Administration and Lifeguarding.

  Private Swim Lessons for youth and adults provide one-on-one swimming instruction between student and instructor.

  Combination of cardio, and toning segments for an overall great water workout. 60 minute class.

Beginner Aqua

  This 30-minute beginning aqua fitness class emphasizes the basics of water exercise. A great way to test the waters!
PowerAqua

Time: 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
  A high intesity cardiovascular water workout. Class is one hour.
Water Arthritis

Time: 8:00 am - 9:00 am
  60 minute class, performed in the pool, designed specifically for those with arthritis to help with mobility and pain. Movements are slow, working with range of motion.
