Older Adults
The YMCA Older Adults programs are designed to enrich the lives of people who are in their middle and older years by helping them develop skills to meet life's challenges. Older adults can stay active and healthy by participating in both physical and social activities. At the Y, older adults have a place to go to improve their fitness levels, explore new interests and make new friends!

Aqua Combo

Chair Yoga

  Chair Yoga will help you gain strength, flexibility, relaxation and balance through Yoga movements using a chair. This class is a great way to introduce yourself to the wonderful world of Yoga.
Power Aqua

Time: 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
  Power Aqua is an aqua aerobic class for those who want more intensity! The instructor may work out in deep or shallow water using suspended or power moves. This class is designed for participants wanting a challenge, but is appropriate for all levels of fitness.

  Water arthritis is appropriate for those suffering from arthritis, fibromyalgia and multiple sclerosis, as well as those recovering from joint injury or surgery. The main goal of this class is to strengthen muscles and improve joint flexibility and range of motion.
