Sports are at the heart of all YMCAs. Did you know that basketball and volleyball were both invented at the Y, while softball and racquetball got their beginnings there as well? The YMCA encourages family involvement in hope that everyone can enjoy the YMCA experience.

Interactive Zone
Days: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs
Time: 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm
  The Interactive Zone offers members an exhilarating, full-body workout while playing video games! More than just a computer that makes you sweat, the equipment keeps youth and teens active and excited about fitness!

Children ages 5 to 12 years old are welcome for up to three hours per day. Closed-toed shoes required.

Time: 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Master Swim
Days: Tues, Thurs
Time: 6:00 am - 7:00 am
  Improve your swim strokes and techniques in these one hour skill development sessions.

Tuesdays and Thursdays
Next session starts October 1st
Ages 16 and older
Registration Required.

Members: 1/1/11-12/31/11. Register Online.
Personal Training
Days:
Time: 5:30 am - 9:30 pm
  Personal Training allows you to work one on one with a certified Personal Trainer on strength training, cardiovascular training, sports specific trainings, Pilates, and more. Training sessions last about an hour and provide time for questions and answers. Sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the member and trainer. Individual and group sessions are available. Contact the Indian River Family YMCA for pricing and trainers. Must be a YMCA member to participate. Registration required.
