"AOA Brunch Potlucks" are held the second Wednesday of each month, at 9 am, after the 8 am Water Arthritis class. Bring your favorite dish and socialize with other members.

Pancake Breakfast
Join us the first Saturday morning of each month for Healthy Heart Pancakes and Coloring Contest from 10 am to noon.

The fourth Friday of every month your child can enjoy a fun night at the Mt. Trashmore Family YMCA while you have a night out!
