Youth Programs

At the YMCA we help develop the whole child - in Spirit, Mind and Body. We offer an outstanding variety of programs designed to encourage children to grow to their full potential by exposing them to sports, arts and crafts, music, and much more. By learning about themselves and others, they learn vital life skills and avenues of expression that they might have otherwise overlooked. Help your child reach their full potential by participating in some of the many classes at the YMCA.

  • Interactive Zone: The YMCA takes working out to the next level. Step into a virtual world of fitness in the Interactive Zone. Youth can play video games with friends while being engaged in physical activity on NEW Expresso bikes. Families can race one another, pedaling side by side, while following a visual of their course. Or, check out the NEW Xerdance, which provides the perfect platform for individuals or groups to perform dance steps in unison with the onscreen instruction. At the YMCA, getting fit has never been so fun!
