    Creating Healthy Habits and Nutritional Goals Every Day

    A program to help jump start a healthy lifestyle. This program will teach healthy lifestyle habits, and encourage good nutrition decisions. Members will meet twice a week for 6 weeks. The first class will be an educational / fellowship component, and the second session will be a group workout introducing the members to strength, cardio and flexibility options.

    Classes begin:
    Saturday / Monday @ 9:30 am - June 21 - July 28
    Thursday / Tuesday @ 12:15 pm - June 26 - August 5
    Wednesday / Friday @ 4:30 pm - July 9 - August 15
    Monday / Wednesday @ 6:30 pm - August 18 - September 24
