  • New 6-Week, Y-Change I and II Groups Now Forming
    Spring-Summer 2010
    Creating healthy habits and nutritional goals every day! Y-Change is a program to help you jump start into a healthy lifestyle. You will learn healthy lifestyle habits and be encouraged to practice good nutrition decisions. Members will meet three times a week for 6 weeks & classes will include:

    Nutritional education, fellowship, group workout introducing members to strength, cardio & flexibility options.

  • Teen Adventure Camp
    June 21 - August 27, Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 6 pm (1-week sessions)
    Teen Extreme Adventure Camp is designed to keep rising 7th - 10th graders active and engaged in a variety of activities throughout the summer while building friendships and developing interpersonal and leadership skills.

    Why is it extreme? Because all activities are adventure-based. Operated out of Camp Red Feather on the campus of Virginia Wesleyan College, campers will spend their week traveling to local venues in anticipation of fun and exciting activities like hiking, kayaking, surfing, body boarding, tubing, fishing, canoeing, high ropes, rock climbing and much more! Odd numbered sessions even include an overnight camping excursion!
    $178 Members; $199 Prospective Members
    $50 One-time registration fee (nonrefundable)

    12 to 4 pm
    Jump in for a swim between 12-2 pm then head outside and be creative with a cool art project of the week from 2-4 pm.
  • Cool Down Fridays
    June 25 through August 20
    1 to 4 pm
    Come cool off in the pool and then head outside for some water fun and then enjoy an ice cool treat from 4-4:30 pm.
