With lap lanes, open swim times, water exercise classes, swim lessons, swim teams, water slides and playgrounds, the YMCA is well equipped to provide an enjoyable outlet of aquatic fun and fitness for the entire family. Our highly trained aquatic associates are nationally certified, holding certifications in CPR, AED, O2 Administration and Lifeguarding.

Water 20/20/20 (Multi-Level) - Evening
Days: Tues, Thurs
Time: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
  This class combines 20 minutes of traditional water exercise, 20 minutes of another type of cardio in the pool and 20 minutes of strength training using a variety of equipment. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Water Blast (Multi-Level) - Evening
Days: Mon, Wed
Time: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
  Class may be held in the deep or shallow end of the pool using suspended or power moves. Also, incorporates strength training for muscle conditioning. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Water Exercise I - Morning
Days: Mon, Wed, Fri
Time: 8:00 am - 9:00 am
  Traditional water fitness class focuses on cardiovascular and strength training exercises in the shallow end of the pool.
Water Half & Half (Multi-Level) - Morning
Days: Tues, Thurs
Time: 8:00 am - 9:00 am
  Focuses on cardio/strength exercises in the shallow end of the pool before moving to deep water (5 feet). The deep water portion of the class is NOT appropriate for non-swimmers.
Water Instructor Choice (Multi-Level) - Saturday
Days: Sat
Time: 9:00 am - 10:00 am
  May include any of our water fitness class formats. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
