An unlimited parking pass for the Blocker Norfolk Family YMCA is available to members for a $10 activation fee and a $10/month fee through automatic draft.

The following instructions should be followed for access to and parking in the YMCA garage and back parking lot:

• You will be issued a card holder with parking wafer attached and vinyl parking decal (one decal per park card).

• To enter garage, waive parking wafer at entrance and gate will open (Entrances located off Bute & York Streets).

• Place YMCA decal in back window, rear left drivers side (per public safety regulations). Failure to display decal or vehicles left overnight will result in vehicle being towed.

• Parking is available while using Blocker Norfolk Family YMCA facility only. Individuals parking for other purposes will be warned once and then towed.

• Please park in YMCA designated spaces. 30 additional shared spaces are available on level 4R exclusively for YMCA members between the hours of 8 am - 8 pm. These spaces are shared with Belmont residents from 8 pm - 8 am.

• Belmont at Freemason residents are not eligible to purchase park cards to use Blocker Norfolk Family YMCA designated spaces or back parking lot.

• Video surveillance is provided - Please report any suspicious activity to Member Services.

• For security reasons, please do not leave valuables including electronics visible through windows and always lock vehicle doors.
