  • FitQuest: This 12-week personalized fitness program, included in YMCA membership, is designed to meet your specific fitness needs. Our trained FitQuest Coaches will teach, guide, motivate and give you the personal attention you need to successfully reach your goals. Sign up for FitQuest at the Member Services desk.
  • Y-Change: A new 6-week program designed to help you meet your personal fitness goals. We'll help you embrace a lifestyle of good habits, regular exercise and the joyfulness of fellowship offered by our programs.
  • Personal Training: Personal Trainers can make the difference in your fitness program. They educate you about proper form and technique to make your workout safe and effective. Your trainer will design an individualized program to meet your specific needs and work with you during each workout. YMCA trainers are knowledgeable about exercise science and work with people of all ages and fitness levels to help them accomplish their short and long term fitness goals.

  • Interactive Zone: Youth can play video games with friends while being engaged in physical activity on Expresso bikes. Families can race one another, pedaling side by side, while following a visual of their course. Or, check out Xerdance, which provides the perfect platform for individuals or groups to perform dance steps in unison with the onscreen instruction.

  This class focuses on exercises that strengthen and tone the mid-section or core of the body which includes the abdominals and lower back muscles.

  Level 1
This class focuses on strengthening the core which include; the abdominal and low back muscles. Additional exercises that incorporate the upper and lower body may be added.
Adult Tae Kwon Do
Days: Tues, Thurs
Time: 12:00 am - 12:00 am
  Ages 16 and older can enjoy Tae Kwon Do, a form of exercise designed to motivate the spirit, mind and body. Learn the basics in TKD (Tae Kwon Do), self defense and technique. Each class will build upon beginners with belt ranking. Sessions run monthly for Youth classes and Teen/Adult Classes. All classes will be held on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.

Aqua Blast

  A high energy aerobic workout! Participants will work all muscle groups for an overall body workout. Enjoy both shallow water aerobic conditioning and deep water suspension to strengthen and tone abdominals, back, legs and arms. Get the workout your body needs in a low impact environment.

Aqua Fit

  A great beginner's class for those not familiar with water-based exercise. This low impact workout is designed to improve flexibility and posture. Conditioning tools used to strengthen and tone. For those recovering from injury or suffer chronic pain, this is the class for you!

Participants should be self-sufficient in the water and able to exercise without one-on-one assistance from instructor.
Aqua Shape

Time: 7:00 am - 8:00 am
  Participants will enjoy light aerobic exercise in both shallow and deep water. Special emphasis in stretching, toning and increasing cardiovascular fitness. Conditioning tools used to strengthen and tone both upper and lower body.
Body Design

Time: 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
  Body design strengthens and conditions the entire body using free weights, exercise tubing or other equipment. Level II classes are 15 minutes or longer, geared toward the intermediate to advanced exerciser.

  A non-aerobic class designed to strengthen and condition the entire body using free weights, exercise tubing, or other equipment
Cardio Circuit Multilevel
