Sports are at the heart of all YMCAs. Did you know that basketball and volleyball were both invented at the Y, while softball and racquetball got their beginnings there as well? The YMCA encourages family involvement in hope that everyone can enjoy the Y experience.

Adult Tae Kwon Do
Days: Tues, Thurs
Time: 12:00 am - 12:00 am
  Ages 16 and older can enjoy Tae Kwon Do, a form of exercise designed to motivate the spirit, mind and body. Learn the basics in TKD (Tae Kwon Do), self defense and technique. Each class will build upon beginners with belt ranking. Sessions run monthly for Youth classes and Teen/Adult Classes. All classes will be held on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
