With lap lanes, open swim times, water exercise classes, swim lessons, swim teams, water slides and playgrounds, the YMCA is well equipped to provide an enjoyable outlet of aquatic fun and fitness for the entire family. Our highly trained aquatic associates are nationally certified, holding certifications in CPR, AED, O2 Administration and Lifeguarding.

Aqua Power

  Exercise without wear and tear on your body using the natural resistance of the water. This an enjoyable way to get or stay in shape. Swimming skills are not necessary to share in the benefits of flexibility, muscular toning and cardiovascular fitness.
Aqualite
Days: Mon, Wed, Fri
Time: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
  Aqualite emphasizes good body mechanics, keeping joints in a stable and functional position and reducing the effort required to do activities by employing floatation devices and very lightweight equipment. This is a great class for members with mobility issues.
Aquapower

Time: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Deep Water Aquacise

  This is a non-impact, high intensity workout that combines cardiovascular conditioning with muscular toning and a great abdominal workout. This progressively challenging deep-water program is for all individuals looking to develop strength and tone.

Lap Swim
Days: Weekdays
Time: 5:00 am - 8:00 am
  Lanes are set aside for members to lap swim for exercise. Kickboards and pull buoys are available for use and our trained staff will assist you with lane placement and swimming tips. There are lap times scheduled, also there will be a minimum of one lap lane available at all times.
Open Swim - Indoor Pool
Days: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs
Time: 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm
  Time at the pool for individuals and families to have fun and/or exercise. Our lifeguards will check the skills of all children to ensure safety.

Ages 10-12 are welcome at the pool by themselves once a swim test is given by the lifeguard. A parent must bring the child to and from the pool and remain in the building at all times.
