This non-aerobic, powerful workout is designed to strengthen and condition the entire body. The class uses resistance exercises to develop muscular strength and endurance. Hand weights, balls, tubing, body bars and a step bench may be utilized during this class. |

Instructors will add their own style to each class including, but not limited to, sports training, step techniques, kickboxing and military training. Stations may include steps, jump ropes, push-ups, speed and coordination, strength exercises and abdominal work. |
