  • Personal Training: Personal Trainers can make the difference in your fitness program. They educate you about proper form and technique to make your workout safe and effective. Your trainer will design an individualized program to meet your specific needs and work with you during each workout. YMCA trainers are knowledgeable about exercise science and work with people of all ages and fitness levels to help them accomplish their short and long term fitness goals.

  Exercise without wear and tear on your body using the natural resistance of the water. This an enjoyable way to get or stay in shape. Swimming skills are not necessary to share in the benefits of flexibility, muscular toning and cardiovascular fitness.
Aqualite

  Aqualite emphasizes good body mechanics, keeping joints in a stable and functional position and reducing the effort required to do activities by employing floatation devices and very lightweight equipment. This is a great class for members with mobility issues.
Aquapower

Beginner Walleyball

  Wallyball is a quick and challenging sport similar to volleyball, but played in a racquetball court. This setting allows for play off the walls, and sometimes off the ceiling.

Body Design

  This non-aerobic, powerful workout is designed to strengthen and condition the entire body. The class uses resistance exercises to develop muscular strength and endurance. Hand weights, balls, tubing, body bars and a step bench may be utilized during this class.

Instructors will add their own style to each class including, but not limited to, sports training, step techniques, kickboxing and military training. Stations may include steps, jump ropes, push-ups, speed and coordination, strength exercises and abdominal work.
