  • FitQuest: This 12-week personalized fitness program, included in YMCA membership, is designed to meet your specific fitness needs. Our trained FitQuest Coaches will teach, guide, motivate and give you the personal attention you need to successfully reach your goals. Sign up for FitQuest at the Member Services desk.
  • Y-Change: A new 6-week program designed to help you meet your personal fitness goals. We'll help you embrace a lifestyle of good habits, regular exercise and the joyfulness of fellowship offered by our programs.
  • Personal Training: Personal Trainers can make the difference in your fitness program. They educate you about proper form and technique to make your workout safe and effective. Your trainer will design an individualized program to meet your specific needs and work with you during each workout. YMCA trainers are knowledgeable about exercise science and work with people of all ages and fitness levels to help them accomplish their short and long term fitness goals. Initial consultation provided at no charge. Sessions are 50-60 minutes in length and are scheduled at the convenience of the member and trainer.

  • Starter Classes: Whether you're just getting started or just trying to get back in shape again, our Starter Classes will help ease your transition into a healthy fitness routine!
  • Interactive Zone: Youth can play video games with friends while being engaged in physical activity on Expresso bikes. Families can race one another, pedaling side by side, while following a visual of their course. Or, check out Xerdance, which provides the perfect platform for individuals or groups to perform dance steps in unison with the onscreen instruction.
  • SPARK: Building strong bodies is part of the Y's history. Strong bodies live longer and have organs that are healthy and work better. The Y offers SPARK (Sports, Play and Active Recreation for Kids), a fun program addition dedicated to improving the quantity and quality of physical activity for children, to help counter our nation’s growing epidemic of childhood obesity.

Adapted Aquatics

  Adapted Aquatics is a 60-minute class appropriate for those who suffer from arthritis, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis or are recovering from a joint injury or surgery. The main goals are to strengthen muscles, improve joint flexibility and range of motion.

Swimming skills are not required. Flotation belts are provided if needed. One-piece swimsuits and aqua shoes are highly recommended.
Ai Chi (Aqua Tai Chi)
Days: Tues, Thurs
Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am
  This 60-minute class incorporates instruction and performance of specific moves and conditioning exercises geared to improve one's ability to breathe, focus the mind, improve strength, flexibility, balance and coordination during movement.

Ai Chi is a combination of the principles of water fitness and the graceful flowing movements of Tai Chi. Swimming skills are not required. Flotation belts are provided if needed. One-piece swimsuits and aqua shoes are highly recommended. (This is a "community" group class and may be led by an instructor or volunteer.)
Aqua 50/50
Days: Tues
Time: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  This 60-minute class focuses on strength training using a variety of resistance equipment in the shallow end of the pool to strengthen and tone all muscle groups as well as cardio exercises in the deep end.

Swimming skills are not required. Flotation belts are provided if needed. One-piece swimsuits and aqua shoes are highly recommended.
Aqua Aerobics

Time: 9:00 am - 10:00 am
  With minimal impact on the joints, Aqua Aerobics is a 60-minute class designed for all fitness levels. The instructor will incorporate various cardiovascular training techniques and may use a variety of resistive equipment.

Swimming skills are not required. Flotation belts are provided if needed. One-piece swimsuits and aqua shoes are highly recommended.
Aqua Blast

  This 60-minute class incorporates aqua aerobics for those participants who want more intensity! Instructor may work out in deep or shallow water using suspended or power moves. This class is designed for those wanting a challenge but is appropriate for all fitness levels.

Swimming skills are not required. Flotation belts are provided if needed. One-piece swimsuits and aqua shoes are highly recommended.
Aqua Volleyball

  An ideal class for those looking for a great workout while having fun! This participant-led class uses a beach ball and net in the shallow end of the pool.

  Cardio Circuit alternates muscular strengthening exercises with cardiovascular activities. This is a 60-minute class.
Chair Exercise

Time: 11:45 am - 12:30 pm
  This 45-minute class is perfect for the active older adult and is primarily performed in a chair (although some standing exercises may be incorporated). Tubing and other equipment may be used to improve strength, flexibility and balance. Participants are both seated and standing and work at their own ability.
Chair Yoga

Time: 11:45 am - 12:30 pm
  Chair Yoga will help you gain strength, flexibility, relaxation and balance through Yoga movements done utilizing a chair. This class is a great way to introduce yourself to the wonderful world of Yoga.
