Karate for ages 5 to adult - Great Bridge / Hickory Family YMCA
New beginner and advanced sessions begin. Join us for a program designed to teach discipline, control, health and confidence.

Parents Night Out - Suffolk Family YMCA
Suffolk Family YMCA offers a Parents Night Out on February 4 from 6:30 pm - 10:30 pm. This is an opportunity for the children to have fun on a Saturday night at the Y and for their parents to have a night out. Sign ups begin January 28, you can sign up on line, call or stop by the Membership Desk at the Suffolk Family YMCA. This event is for members only.

Parents' Night Out - James L. Camp, Jr. Family YMCA
The Parents’ Night Out program is a free, fun-filled evening of supervision and structured activities for members ages 6 weeks to 10 years of age. The fun is from 5:30 - 9 pm. Prior to leaving your child you will be asked to complete a sign-out form, waiver, and provide a phone number to reach you. All children 5-10 years of age are encouraged to bring swimming attire.
Please feed your children dinner before they attend and pre-registration is required.

Swim Lessons - Great Bridge / Hickory Family YMCA
New Swim Lesson sessions begin today. Classes are Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday and run for 4 weeks.

Father / Daughter Valentine Banquet - Great Bridge / Hickory Family YMCA
Experience an evening of love and fun with your special girl. Enjoy a delicious catered dinner, music, dancing, photos and special entertainment! Don't miss this chance to create a memory she'll cherish forever. 6pm. Registration is required to attend this event.

Gym closure - Great Bridge / Hickory Family YMCA
The gymnasium will close at 1:00pm in preparation for the Father/Daughter Valentine Banquet.

Teen Ski Trip to Massanutten - Great Bridge / Hickory Family YMCA
This is the perfect time of year to experience the slopes at their best! Teens ages 13 to 17 will have 2 days of skiing or snowboarding, plus 2 overnights at the cozy Massanutten Resort Hotel. Registration is required by February 7.

Women-on-Weights - Great Bridge / Hickory Family YMCA
New 6-week sessions begin today.
5am, 8am, 9am, 5:30pm and 7pm sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Registration required.
