FitQuest is a 12-week personalized fitness program designed to meet your specific fitness needs.
Our trained FitQuest Coaches will teach, guide, motivate and give you the personal attention you
need to successfully reach your goals.
FitQuest has something for everyone with the following categories:
- LifeQuest - General Fitness Program for Adults
- KidQuest - For youth 8 to 11 years
- TeenQuest - For youth 12- 17 years
- GoldQuest - Personalized Fitness for Adults age 55 and older
- WeightQuest - Emphasis on Weight Loss
- MedQuest - Post-Rehabilitation Program

FitLinxx is the computerized tool the YMCA utilizes to create simplistic programs, increase coach
and member interaction, improve exercise efficiency, provide up-to-date progress reports, boost results
and provide personal recognition.
New this year, the YMCA has opened Interactive Zones in every family center - an area that provides a full-body
workout while playing video and interactive games!
Group Exercise classes offer participants the chance to stay active and motivated under the instruction and supervision
of certified staff. Classes include:
