Y-Change

An experienced, committed and motivated Y-Change Coach will lead you through a 6-week journey toward a healthier lifestyle. Each week you will meet with your coach in a small group setting for a support and educational session, as well as meet two additional times to workout.

You will also keep a journal which includes a food and activity log. The Y-Change program will give you the confidence and knowledge necessary to implement small steps to positively change your lifestyle.

The Y-Change program is free for YMCA members within 90 days of joining ($100 value), so contact your local YMCA to find a start date that fits your schedule.

FitQuest is a 12-week personalized fitness program designed to meet your specific fitness needs. Our trained FitQuest Coaches will teach, guide, motivate and give you the personal attention you need to successfully reach your goals.

FitQuest has something for everyone with the following categories:

  • LifeQuest - General Fitness Program for Adults
  • KidQuest - For youth 8 to 11 years
  • TeenQuest - For youth 12- 17 years
  • GoldQuest - Personalized Fitness for Adults age 55 and older
  • WeightQuest - Emphasis on Weight Loss
  • MedQuest - Post-Rehabilitation Program

FitLinxx is the computerized tool the YMCA utilizes to create simplistic programs, increase coach and member interaction, improve exercise efficiency, provide up-to-date progress reports, boost results and provide personal recognition.

The YMCA has Interactive Zones in every family center - an area that provides a full-body workout while playing video and interactive games!

Group Exercise classes offer participants the chance to stay active and motivated under the instruction and supervision of certified staff. Classes include:
