Interactive Zone
YMCA members can enjoy an exhilarating, full-body workout while playing video games! More than just computers that make you sweat, the Interactive Zone offers something for everyone, from simulated interaction training for athletes, to keeping youth and teens active and excited about fitness, to mental and physical coordination exercises for older adults and rehabilitation patients.
CYBEX Trazer®
Launch into an interactive virtual world where reaction time, acceleration, speed, power and balance drive on-screen activities. The Trazer is a unique and entertaining fitness experience that puts your movements into the game and measures performance.

Regardless of physical ability or age, users of the new equipment will gain increased balance, strength and flexibility with enhanced motor coordination and agility. Make the most of the new interactive fitness equipment at any age. Check the benefit chart below to find out what the new equipment can do for you.
Kilowatt
Build core and back strength while playing X-Box games! Using technology based on the instant responsiveness of an F-16 fighter jet's force-sensitive joystick and video game controllers, players control of every action on the screen with their own body movement.
Sportwall Station
Engage in a full-body work out while you simultaneously track light targets, sounds and watch the time clock. Points are earned for accuracy, skill, speed, cardiovascular stamina, and team cooperation by triggering targets with balls, noodles, hands or batons.
Cateye GameBike
Burn calories while you ride ATVs, snowboard and more on the Cateye bikes. Connected to Sony's PS2 gaming system, players race using not only game controllers, but also stationary bikes. Up to four GameBikes can be connected through a multi-tap for group competition.
