Refund Policy of the YMCA of South Hampton Roads
If the YMCA has to cancel a class, you will be given a full refund.

If you cancel prior to the start of the program:
  • We will give you a 100% credit (good for three months) to be applied to another YMCA program, or
  • We will provide a full refund for medical/family emergency reasons.
No refunds or credits can be given after the program starts; if an individual misses or must drop out of a class for a medical/family emergency, classes may be made up where space is available.

All credits are non-transferable.
