Burn 5,000 calories in 5 weeks by following along with weekly workouts brought to you by our President and CEO, Chief Operating Officer and other members of the Y’s Senior Leadership Team. Each week will feature a short bio and workout routine specific to their individual lifestyles and personalities—follow along and burn those calories for your chance to win one of five special lunch deliveries (team member favorite meals featured!) or one of five spots in a group personal training session with the Y’s President and CEO, led by the Y’s Vice President of Healthy Living.
