Master's Swim is a coached group workout led in a swim team style. Open to all levels, swimmers will receive both technique instruction and an interval-based cardio workout in one. Gain self-confidence and cardio endurance while doing low-impact exercise. Swimmers will be taught all four competitive strokes, as well as correct turns and starts. This workout is geared towards adults but may be appropriate for those 16 or older; it is recommended that swimmers be comfortable swimming at least 1–2 lengths of the pool with face in the water unassisted. Participants under 18 years of age can meet with the coach to determine if the workouts are appropriate for their ability level. Caps and goggles are highly recommended.
