Nicole, Y on GranbyNicole Frediani
Nicole is perfect for any client looking for a personalized workout to achieve their health goals. Her favorite color, mint green, describes her ability to keep you in mint condition! Nicole mostly enjoys plyometric, interval, and weight training workouts. However, don’t let her love for online shopping and listening to Girl Talk remixes fool you. She will put you to work through intense training. Nicole will help you take care of health struggles and offer you an greater understanding of health and fitness.

Education: Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Northridge / Television and Film Arts: Media Management

Certification: National Academy of Sports Medicine: Personal Training

Tristan, Y on GranbyTristan Roehrbein
While Tristan isn’t riding around Norfolk on his motorcycle, he is helping people like you get in shape and stay fit! Tristan is a dedicated trainer that personally enjoys total body and muscle confusion workouts. His heavy metal workout tunes will encourage you to stay active and work hard to achieve your goals. Tristan will help educate you on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle in and out of the gym due to his background in science education and physical education. His encouraging attitude will keep you coming back!

Education: Associate’s Degree in Science Education / Currently working on Bachelor’s in Physical Education

Certification: Aerobics and Fitness Association America Personal Training Certification
