Coached Swim Conditioning for ages 18+
Masters Swim workouts are led by an experienced coach. Built around a high-energy, encouraging environment, this program welcomes former competitive swimmers, triathletes in training, and anyone age 18 and older who can swim continuously seeking a structured, challenging workout.
- Refine Your Technique – Focus on stroke mechanics, efficiency, and proper form to help you swim smoother and faster.
- Build Endurance – Focus on structured workouts and interval training to increase stamina and overall performance.
- Stay Active – Focus on consistent movement, full-body conditioning, and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle.
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of the four swim strokes is recommended, and you should be able to swim continuously for at least 25 yards/meters (one length of the pool).
Class Frequency: Masters Swim runs once or twice a week for one hour. You’ll spend the hour in the pool swimming laps, and your coach will be available to develop workouts and offer suggestions to improve the mechanics of your strokes and your efficiency in the water.
If you don’t meet the prerequisites for Masters Swim, we recommend participating in Adult Swim Lessons to build your skill and strength in the water.
