Traditional Cycling

Get on and go! With motivating instructors and music to keep you focused on getting your best workout, cycling is a great way to get your heart rate going. New to cycling? That's ok! All cycling classes are multi-level. On your own bike, at your own pace! There are starter classes available for those that want to test the waters in a 30-minute class—proper body alignment and techniques are reviewed. Don't forget your towel and water!

Ride® & Ride30®

Get your RIDE ON! Ride is a 60-minute or 30-minute experience brought indoors. Roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains, and sprint to the finish! Feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics as you get all the benefits of authentic interval training. Ride ON!

Cycle Box

This multi-level class combines a cardiovascular workout on the stationary bike followed by a new form of boxing-style conditioning suitable for all fitness levels. Throughout the workout, participants will hit every aspect of conditioning training both aerobically and anaerobically in an interval format.

Cycle & Strength

Get the traditional cardio workout as you would get in cycling, followed by a strength workout focused on the upper body and core, utilizing dumbbells, bands and other strength training pieces.

Cycle & Core

This multi-level class combines a cardiovascular workout on the stationary bike followed by a core workout focused on strengthening and toning the torso, including the abdominal and lower back muscles.

Cycle Express

This 30 minute cycling class is perfect for those in a hurry. All the same vibes as a full class, in just 30-minutes. Make the best of your time and push yourself to the next level!
