Cardio Step Together®
60 minutes of cardio training that uses the STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. It will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your agility, coordination and strength with exciting music and group energy.
This class mixes Pilates and boxing as a fat burning, muscle sculpting, core interval workout. Piloxing infuses Pilates and boxing movements that incorporate the use of weighted gloves that tone the arms and maximize cardiovascular health.
20/20/20 is a total body, multi-level workout that includes 20 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of core exercises and stretching. There is also a 40-minute variation of this class that focuses on cardio conditioning and strength training.
