Come on in, the water's fine!

Renew yourself (and your tired muscles) with water exercise! Greater mobility, reduced pain and fatigue, increased muscle strength and enhanced sleep quality are just a few of the benefits of a regular fitness workout in the pool. The Y offers a great variety of classes, so get in the pool!

In addition to great classes, the Y also has at least one available lap lane open during normal pool operating hours.

Activities

Lap Swimming

Strengthen your swimming skills, train for a triathlon or just get a great workout with minimal stress on your joints. There's at least one lap lane available at all times. Masters Swim Programs also provide the opportunity to refine swim skills with coach-led practices and friendly competition with fellow Y members.

Water Exercise Classes

Challenge yourself without stress on your joints in water exercise classes. Gain muscle conditioning and cardiovascular endurance from the aerobic choreography and the resistance of the water. Ideal for all fitness levels & non-swimmers. Water Exercise classes are included in membership!
