Jon's Philosophy

I'm a lifelong athlete between boxing, rugby, and basketball. As I got older fitness became a priority in my life and more importantly, the right type of fitness for each body type and personal goals. I love fitness and I hope my love of it is contagious through my training. Fitness should be fun and enjoyable and that’s my goal for everybody I work with. I am a proud Navy veteran, former amateur boxer, and lifelong lover of sports and fitness.
