I don't just do fitness, I live fitness. I love to work with all fitness levels including those who are already fit and consistent, and those who are de-conditioned, or living with pain or special needs. Regardless of where you are on fitness journey, I welcome any opportunity to help you achieve your highest fitness potential and enjoy the process. I focus on form over weight or reps, and consistency to help you succeed. For me, the relationships I build along the way are the most valuable.
