Every client I work with is an individual with their own specific goals. I encompass their goals with the functions of daily living to train them for life. I use my skills as a Nutrition Specialist, TRX, Group Exercise and Regymen Coach and a variety of equipment in order to keep things challenging and fun—no two workouts will ever be the same.
