MixxedFit® | Fitness Class
MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program mixing explosive dancing with boot camp toning. Everything about this program can be described as explosive—movements are always big and exaggerated. We dance to our favorite songs on the radio. Then, we spice things up by adding boot camp-inspired exercises to make your workout more effective and challenging.
MixxedFit® choreography is not complex and difficult. Steps are repetitive and very easy to follow which means that students can naturally increase their level of intensity. With simple choreography, students can focus on working out rather than following dance steps. If you can do things like squats, jumping jacks, and simple dance moves, you will have a blast in class.
