Well, it’s here…2014! The presents have been opened, family has come and gone, we’ve rung in the New Year, and the time has come to return to our familiar routines. While you’re filling in your January calendar with the usual appointments and such, why not exercise your “risk muscle” and try out our newest class, KettleWorX®! This fast, fun and effective 30-minute kettlebell workout gets your body moving in three directions and three planes for a more effective whole body workout. Our family centers will offer three types of KettleWorX® classes, in 30 minute sessions:

KettleWorX® CARDIO workouts are high energy fat burning total body routines.
KettleWorX® CORE workouts are designed to tighten your core & abs muscles.
KettleWorX® RESISTANCE workouts sculpt & tone your entire body.


You’re probably wondering if this new class is for you? Whether you are new to exercise or you have been exercising regularly, an American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) study revealed that you can burn up to 20 calories a minute while training with a kettlebell, in addition to increasing core strength up to 70%!

Our dedicated KettleWorX® instructors are ready to introduce you to this innovative training through 15 minute KettleWorX® Techniques classes, currently available at various family centers. They are super excited to launch the full KettleWorX® classes, with music and exercises that change every 12 weeks, and want to see everyone pumped to exercise their “risk muscles”!
