Debra is literally half the woman she used to be. Years ago, Debra decided to join the Y and begin her transformation one step at a time. At first, just a walk on the treadmill seemed to be a challenge. But she stuck with it, and today she can’t wait to get to her Zumba, Tabata and Boot Camp classes. Debra likes to say she lost half her body weight the good old-fashioned way—she just keeps putting one foot in front of the other.
