Regent University partners with The Y for the greater good

3 September 2013

"It all started when my mom signed me up for swim lessons at the Blocker Norfolk Family YMCA, and little did I know that the Y would be there for me every step of the way. Swim Lessons, Camp Red Feather, Leader's Club, and the professional role models at the YMCA have all played an important role in my growth and development. The Y still is with me as I begin college life at Regent University, where I intend on majoring in Information Technology and continue my lifelong journey of becoming a christian leader to change the world."

—Guion Willis, 2012 Scholarship Recipient
