Te invitamos cordialmente a nuestro Evento de Salud para la Mujer Latina, un espacio de cuidado, conexión y comunidad.

📍 YMCA on Granby, Norfolk

💖 Cuidando de ti en este Día de las Madres ofrecerá servicios gratuitos para ayudarte a mantenerte sana y fuerte:

Servicios de salud disponibles:

• Mamografías (cupos limitados – se recomienda registrarse con anticipación)
• Exámenes dentales
• Chequeos de presión arterial, glucosa (diabetes) y colesterol
• Revisión general de salud femenina
• Información sobre prevención del cáncer y recursos médicos
• Actividades de autocuidado, bienestar emocional y más

🤝 También podrás conectarte con organizaciones comunitarias, recibir apoyo e información útil, y disfrutar de un ambiente acogedor y solidario.

This Mother’s Day, celebrate yourself with a moment dedicated to your well-being.
We warmly invite you to our Latina Women’s Health Event, a space for care, connection, and community, provided by the Chamber for Hispanic Progress.

🗓 Saturday, May 10

📍 YMCA on Granby, Norfolk

💖 Caring for You on Mother’s Day will offer free services to help you stay healthy and strong:

Available health services:

• Mammograms (limited spots – early registration recommended)
• Dental exams
• Blood pressure, glucose (diabetes), and cholesterol checks
• General women’s health screenings
• Information on cancer prevention and medical resources
• Self-care activities, emotional wellness, and more

🤝 You’ll also have the chance to connect with community organizations, receive support and useful information, and enjoy a welcoming and supportive environment.

🎀 Everyone is welcome — mothers, daughters, grandmothers, aunts, friends. Come and celebrate yourself!
