Keynote Speaker: Nicole Newsome
CEO, Qantm Creative | Champion of Purpose-Driven Leadership

Nicole Newsome brings nearly four decades of marketing experience and a lifelong commitment to elevating others. As CEO of Qantm Creative, she leads at the intersection of strategy, empathy, and radical honesty—helping organizations grow while creating space for people to thrive.

Recognized as a 2025 Women in Leadership honoree by Virginia Business, Nicole is celebrated not only for her professional impact but also for her civic engagement and mentorship throughout Hampton Roads. With 25 years at the forefront of digital advertising, she has developed and executed thousands of strategic plans across traditional and digital media, including SEM, SEO, display, email, native, and content marketing. Her strength lies in turning strategy into measurable, meaningful results.

Nicole’s influence extends far beyond her career. A dedicated mentor, she spent 14 years co-leading two Girl Scout troops and now works closely with young entrepreneurs at Kempsville High School’s Entrepreneurship and Business Academy. She also serves on the Board of Hampton Roads Pride, reflecting her belief in creating inclusive communities and lifting the next generation of leaders.

A proud Virginian and a familiar presence in the local business landscape, Nicole brings authenticity, clarity, and heart wherever she goes. When she’s not building brands or championing leaders, you can find her enjoying good cigars, great coffee, and time with her greatest joy—her hardworking, loving, and inclusive children.

Nicole will deliver a powerful keynote at the 2026 Women’s Leadership Symposium, offering a candid and inspiring look at leadership rooted in purpose, honesty, and impact.
