Karen's Philosophy

My philosophy on fitness is simple: find an exercise activity or sport that you truly enjoy, so you will have fun while moving your body. I teach Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and weight training as a PE Instructor at Old Dominion University. I enjoy working one-on-one with personal training clients as well as teaching group fitness classes here at the YMCA. In my spare time, I love spending time with family as I have two granddaughters who continue to keep me young at heart!
