Are you ready to lead, inspire, and make a real difference in your community? The YMCA of South Hampton Roads is looking for youth representatives to shape the future of teen programs, leadership, and belonging at the Y.
What You’ll Do
- Represent teen voices across the YMCA
- Collaborate with YMCA leaders on programs and events
- Create ideas that make the Y better
- Grow your leadership and communication skills
Who We’re Looking For
- Teens ages 14–18 who want to make a difference at the Y and in their community
- Youth who are ready to listen, share ideas, and work with others
- Able to attend monthly meetings and serve a one-year term
