Get started with two free personal training sessions
Two personal training sessions are included to help you get started in the first 45 days of your membership. During your first session, your trainer will discuss your goals and will assess your fitness and movement, before leading you through a short workout. During your second session, your trainer will lead you through a 30–45 minute workout based on your goals and abilities and will provide fitness recommendations for you to follow.
